Do not use this company for weed removal!!! We paid an additional 500$ for weed removal prior to our sod being laid and we spent the entire day today removing weeds from our lawn and there is still more! See photos of how horrible it is. All the bags are weeds!! AND they did a horrible prep job and laid sod over rocks, debree, and most importantly clay so the sod you see pictured is drowning on top of multiple other places that didn’t take bc they are drowning. Do not use this company if you want a seamless job. Highly disappointed. This was 5500$ job.. to top it all off I reached out to the company in a respectful manor to express my disappointment and asked for a refund of just the weed removal as they were not removed and simple just cut down and they didn’t care and denied my request comparing our yard to others when the job was done differently and we paid for the additional weed removal where as our neighbors did not and then they didn’t respond. devastated and sick, DO NOT use this company

Wow! This company has been nothing short of amazing! From their office staff, to sales personal, to job forman and crew, wow! Thank you Westlake for a job extremely well done from start to finish. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a great job and an excellent customer experience. Our new sod looks incredible.

Responded to the quote request fairly quickly in the beginning of summer ((May'23). Needed to lock the install date quickly because their schedule fills up really quick, and you'd better answer the call when they call to confirm the install date 1-2 days prior or you'd be dropped from the list and need to re-schedule. But this is to show you that they lay fresh sods. This morning they completely gutted the old awful grass I had, layered new soil before laying the new sods. The 190 yards front-lawn project was done in 3 hours include clean-up. My lawn had never been more beautiful than it is now. Thanks Michelle, Bill and Westlake crew. Fair price for a job well done. Will update in 2 weeks, after the first cut, on the status. Update 10/3/23: first cut two weeks ago and 2nd cut yesterday. The grass is healthy and the lawn is most beautiful in the sub !! new pic added. Thanks Westlake Sod !!

Great job! Westlake and their crew did a great job, they worked to accommodate my schedule and timelines. Their communication, timeliness, and installation was immaculate. My yard had some wonkyness that they managed through and even came back to check on to make make sure it was perfect. I can’t recommend Westlake enough!
